We have a section of our QSM entitled Servicing. In the past we had a product with hardware that did require servicing and support. This product is now obsolete and the servicing SOP likewise.
I would rather not remove this section of the QSM, but rather update the entry to reflect what we have done and make a comment that when the need arises the SOP will be reissued.
Your views on this would be appreciated.
