Question on Corporate Audit Scheme

We will have to be dealing with turning one of our manufacturing sites into either a stand alone or corporate scheme. Currently the site is listed as "supplemental manufacturing". Could someone explain the "corporate scheme"?

Currently, our second plant is manufacturing only. Sales, purchasing, mfg process development, engineering, etc., is at the main site. One QMS for both plants. Internal auditor serves both plants.

What will be the new corporate scheme?
