Q
Hello,
I would like to ask experts in Rubber O-Rings if you can help me. We're new to using O ring in our products. The O-ring material is "nitro", size is 1X13 mm. We have a body and a cap, in between the body and the cap is where the O-ring sits, this is for water proofing the device. Our problem is when the cap is snapped into the body, the O-ring tends to twist which does not provide a good seal. We tried to resolve the problem with silicon lubricant which seemed to help. Can an expert determine if there's a better way of preventing twist besides using the lubricant? Our dimension is correct for the part and O-ring.
Thank you in advance for your help!
