Dear All,

I am not finding much discussion in terms of good practice for dealing with errors that are "designed into" the product that escape and remain undiscovered for a long time after delivery to the customer. This also relates to some warranty topics, etc. but I am interested to read experiences of others.

There is probably good discussions here but I just cant find them. Could someone point me to them?
