It appears that IndySoft does have a better handle on the enterprise version than in the past. It has taken some time to get to that point, but we are starting to find less major bugs in that version. We utilize that along with a lot of other calibration software products they offer.
Our company works on a much larger scale than the airline you worked for in the past, therefore it may be a little more fitting that we would stumble across more issues with the software. It is sort of troubling that your prior employer had a seemingly fast turn time with software bugs as it is not uncommon for our issues to go unresolved for 3 months... even 6 months or longer.... Of course, that may also go hand in hand with our larger volume as we usually have open cases with support.
I think Indysoft is just overburdened with so many issues going on internally at the moment that they just can’t support their products properly.
