As a re-loader of OEM x-ray tubes, I would like to be able to market to Canada under my own company name. I am ISO 13485:2003 certified and FDA accepted and I am certified to CDMCAS by a recognized registrar. I am not recognized by the OEM in this refurbishment process although they sell in Canada. I haven't had any problems in the US. Do you foresee any for the Canada experience if complying to SOR 98/282? Can you enlighten me, thanks.
