Regarding confusion of the validity of the European implementation of IEC standards

Hello,

I do have a confusion regarding regarding validity of european standard which is completely based on the IEC standard.
If an IEC standard is withdrawn for example: If IEC 61326-1:2012 is withdrawn then the EN standard which is based on the that (EN 61326-1:2013) will also be withdrawn?
Or it will be valid till the arrival of the new EN standard.

& also please provide the link to verify the stability date of the EN standard.

Also one more question if we are outsourcing the product then if the purpose of use changes for the same product for the two manufacturers then do the standards for their compliance do also change right?

Like the manufacturer sells the product as a household electrical appliance & another one sells the same product as a lab device.
