Regarding EMC & Safety retesting requirements of the product

Hello there,

Can anyone provide the list of critical components which will affect the electromagnetic compatibility & safety of the device?

For an example if motor, its controller & PCB will be replaced in a lab centrifuge then is it required to retest the product?

Also if the product assembled with RoHS compliant components then is there any need for product to be tested according to EN IEC 63000 standard?

You will most likely have to retest. It really depends on why you are replacing it, what other changes are being made, etc.
My recommendation is to submit the changes to the testing house and they should be well equipped to let you know what you will need to.
