Hi All,
This is, yet again, another tough voting month. I voted for Jodi's (qualitygoddess) "Simple Customer Satisfaction Tool' for it's shear simplicity,

Craig (ccochran) has again put in another masterful effort with his 'The Top 10 Training Topics' for Customer Focus and just missed out my Vote

Steve's (Steve Prevette) 'Choosing Performance Indicators' is an excellent presentation and in another month would have probably grabbed the money

PS: Do you think we could make money by combining ALL of the submitted articles and some of the stronger posts and making a book for the QA profession....I can see the reviews now

'The Cove - Everything you wanted to know about Quality and DID ask', the masterful work from those prolific pundits of the Q&A in QA, based at the world renowned Elsmar.com, this week went straight to number 1 on the New York Best Seller list. Marc Cheech (obviously an alias) refused to rule out a video and a sequel Possibly titled 'The Cove - The Early Questions :lmao:

I would be deligthed to make at least translation in polish ;)

So did I, but as you say, both Craig's 10 points and Steves Performance indicators were strong contenders too.
The great thing is that all three articles are useful in the real sense of the word: They can (and I hope they will be) put to good use all over the place.
Good job all of you:applause:

Btw: You may have noticed that I enter my vote late every time... Well, I'm not disinterested, quite the opposite in fact. It's just that I take the time to ponder a while before voting.

Dealing with bias

Like Marc, but for a different reason, I usually decline to ballot because I consider many of the usual authors my friends and find it difficult to separate my bias for each of them from the quality of the writing.

I ALWAYS take the time to read the articles. Sometimes I PM the authors with suggestions or special kudos.

I, too, feel there would be a market for a compilation of the articles and essays (a syllabus for Quality courses in high schools and universities?) When it comes time for the video, I'd like to audition for the narration, please.

:topic: Ok, but how about letting us see a mug shot here first? You know, like a first screening? ;)

/Claes
I was thinking of off-screen narration ("Voice over" while a photo of the author or the charts [animated, of course] play across the screen.)

And this month's article is:

Simple Customer Satisfaction Tool - qualitygoddess!
