I have always found the site run by Reliasoft to be a great place to find reliability information. I am a user not a salesman, but the reference information is very good and you can get free demonstration versions of their software. Obviously the information is there to get you to buy the software, but it is very comprehensive. You can find them at http://www.reliasoft.com
I opened this Reliability forum by request, so hopefully we can get some good discussions going here in the future. It's definitely not been a focus in the past. I hope to change that!
