I have the task of having to provide a proposal of what direction I want my Quality team to go. We currently have 3 QC Line Technicians, 1 Administrative assistant, 1 Team Leader (position yet to be filled) and myself the QA Manager (recently promoted). We are a manufacturer of soft drinks and total of employees is 120 approx. Basically, in order to achieve our goals we need more people in our team to undertake the administrative and training side of things. So I have to put together a proposal for staff resourcing within our team which should include salaries and role detail:mg: etc. How should I go about presenting this. Does anyone have any examples?
