RF Energy Treatment Devices for CFDA Registration

Hi all,
I'm part of a company designing RF energy treatment devices for temporary use in contact with the skin.

I would appreciate if any of you can tell what are the rules regarding RF devices for CFDA registration.
As far as I understand, there might be several indications for which a certain manufacturer may not need registration at all. I assume that it depends on the delivered energy levels but can't find references.
