He was looking through the dirty, soot covered window because he was a window washer. He opened the window and jumped inside.

Didn't think he could stare through the window from across the street and up 200 feet? Ok, the window was between offices on the 22nd floor. It doesn't say anything about the window being a window to the outside, its assumed because its soot smeared!

Simply google the phrase "dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor", the puzzle is posted many times on the internet.

Brad is a window washer, and jumped from the window washer platform into the building.

Brad stared through the dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression he slid the window open and jumped through it. It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground. Miraculously after he landed he was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his descent, how could he have survived the fall?
Why are you asking us? Send a PM to Brad and ask him yourself! :notme:

Perhaps Brad was caught in a very strong updraught on his way down but I doubt it, I think he must be one of those real tough guys who wear their underwear on the outside of their pants as well as a red cape and blue colored tights and his alias might be Mr Clark Kent, otherwise known as Superman! Am I right?
