If you take a lot of stuff and put it in a blue box and then decide to put it in an otherwise identical red box, will the stuff contained be different or less accessible?

Thanks for your valuable feedback, I understand that that it is not a big deal, but as matter of fact, we want to give the name to a new department who will take care of the certification process for the ISO 9K, 14 K and OHSAS 18K

Just for our convenience, if someone help me to select within the both option, it will be great

Since you integrate the 3 into 1 (one), use the singular - system (without the 's')

You've already been given the answer you're seeking, call it anything you want because in the end it doesn't matter what it's called all that matters is how it's understood and controlled.

You can call it "The stuff we do method", just call it something and move on.

My last employer did not like the sound of Business System.

Of course it might of had something to do with us refering to the manual a a "BS MANUAL".
