Slightly off-topic? but....I created a work instruction for the "new" coffee machine. No kidding. This new equipment is a mystery if you aren't familiar with these things. It is a large, intimidating piece of equipment in the hall. So I created an instruction and after some trial and error, I was forced to put the "risk analysis" in large bold letters at an appropriate spot in the instruction. I laminated the WI and stuck it to the machine in an exact spot.
There is an arrow and statement to NOT make a full pot if the coffee level is above the red line that is also stuck to the carafe's level indicator. People have questioned the WI and have had very bad results....spillage all the way up and down the hall!!

There is great respect for the WI now after many disasters.
