What is your source of information? Taking a look into the official RoHS information page, no change appears imminent to me.

RoHS 4, for where? EU, UK, USA/North America, somewhere else on the planet?
Currently as per "planB" above, I'm not aware of any potential changes to RoHS regulations within the UK and Europe

I understand the intention is to add medium chain chlorinated parrafins (MCCP) and tetrabromobisphenol-A (TBBPA) to the restricted substances.
