AndyN and Jennifer, You both make great points about the OFI! I do have documentation showing that I have atleast looked at each OFI and a couple I have implemented into our procedures, as they were actually good ideas.
I did not know that you could create and use a matrix without it being accompanied by a procedure. That should work for the HR portion. Our training is done in-house, and I have a master employee training list as well as individual training records in each employees files.
