Dear All,
I really need an opinion about the situation. I been appointed by a company as ISO Coordinator ( for 1 site only). I joined the new company at the same salary i had before (Due to learning opportunity and excellent environment). When i came here, the complete management changed and new management came up with the plan of ISO 9001 for 1 site and ISO 22000 for 5 sites. Simply i was only the available option (I also had experience for ISO 22000) for them so i started working on the project alone (No team even).
I worked beyond the call of duty and after completion of 3 months (Probation period) i asked boss that please point out my mistakes/areas of improvement.
He understands what i say and told me that he already conversed with management about my Salary increase and they are agreed.
After that i remind him after 1.5 weeks and he replied that!
OK, we will do your evaluation and according to evaluation we will make decision (I was quite relax with the evaluation because it was company policy).
Now again 15 days passed and nothing happened.
What should i do? Should i remind boss or what to do???
