We use IMDS (material data system) https://www.mdsystem.com/

Supplier PPAP (Inserts for plastical moulding) is approved only with approved IMDS number.
PPAP submited to our customers contains IMDS number (for complete moulding = raw material + overmoulded inserts)

We use IMDS also but some customers asked for more information and we tested our polymer beads with x-ray flourescence looking for the six banned substances under RoHS. The test was inexpensive > $100 from an accredited lab.
