Scope of TS standard

"The organization can be certified ISO/ TS 16949, must have manufacturing processes (have value added activities)"- refer to clause 1. Scope of TS requirment- , is it true? I want to confirm it... cause I heard some CB auditor accepts the trading company can be registred this standard!!!

I would suggest that you ask the CB to provide objective evidence to support his decision.
IMO para 2 & 3 (outside the box) of the scope are quite clear.

Who says Traders could be certified with ISO/TS 16949.

This certification is only for Manufacturing.
