Hi Everybody,
Could you give me an example about the risk analysis, that must be included in the 7.2.2.2 ( Organization Manufacturing Feasibility )
Thank you

I don't have a copy of one to share, if that's what you mean. However, the risk analysis might typically include risks to the ability to deliver the right quantity at the right capacity at the right time at the right cost, and look at:

- if the specs for the new product are tighter than what we currently work to, how confident are we that we can achieve the new level, and what would be the impact on capital requirements, delivery, etc.?
- what would be the affect (e.g., in capacity/delivery) if we, or a supplier, had a strike (if a unionized organization)
- what if a current customer suddenly increased their demand beyond what we had planned? would we still be able to meet the contract requirements (e.g., our capacity, our supplier's capacity) being quoted?
- etc.

It will differ depending on the type of product, process, organization, etc. For example, a piece-parts company can usually more easily and quickly add capacity than can someone in the process (batch) industry, due to the cost of adding capacity.
