17025 Audit schedule

Hi Friends,

I have gotten templets for Internal audits and guidence on questions etc. from here (free files) for my other certs. and found them quite helpfull. I now have to start auditing our newly accredited lab (A2LA to 17025) and am looking for guidence/templets and some information how these audits may differ from my ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001 audits. Also can our lab technical manager audit some aspects of his own lab? I do feel unqualified when it comes to understanding his uncertainity budgets.
