Seeking Advice on Integrating QuickBase with our QMS

Hello all,

We currently use Greenlight Guru for our QMS. However, our top management wants to start managing customer orders and feedback (excluding complaints) using QuickBase. I'm interested in how we can integrate QuickBase into our existing eQMS framework, ensuring it's audit-ready. What documents and activities are needed for this to ensure readiness for audit.
i know we need to revise our quality manual to reference QB, also have procedure/ work instruction and training for QB. what else?
