We don't use checklists as such.

If you want to try something different, just take the procedure as written and use it to develop some questions for an audit of 2 or 3 sample design projects.

For example the procedure may say, "carry out a design review meeting". You could then ask to see evidence of that meeting for your audit sample.

The procedure as written should as a mimimum already meet the TS requirements, so there should be no need to refer to TS in your audit.

If you need to demonstrate that the procedure meets TS requirements, just make up a spreadsheet list of each TS clause and build a cross reference to the procedure. Any gaps will be evident. This can be done offline and does not require an audit as such.

Thanks so much! this would mean that theres no generic audit checklists for 7.3? just listing certain requirements and points to ensure that the process is being done will do right?
