Seeking: Document Control/Training Software Recommendations

Does anyone know of an inexpensive, user friendly, document control/training software program that has worked successfully within their organization?

I did see the free one and we have checked it out. It doesnt seem to be what we are looking for.

We have been looking into "QPulse". It offers a lot for a reasonable price.
