ISO/TS 16949 is a standard for the automotive industry.

Please can you explain what you want but before try to search the forums to see if there are answers to your questions.
We cannot as a forum give you a plan to registar to the standard but we can help to understand problems of understanding and implementation.

You will find a wealth of information and see the evolution of understanding of TS here at the Cove. There is no other single place (anywhere, web or otherwise) where you will gain a better understanding of the standard and its real world application.
