Seeking: ISO 9001:2000 & TS 16949 Gap Analysis

Does anyone know of a good website where i can do a Gap Analysis of our ISO9002:1994 & QS9000 accreditation 'v' ISO900:2000 & TS16949 ~ which we need to achieve by the middle of next year.
