Seeking Spreadsheet for CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Gage R&R

CMM R&R's????

I love being delgated to....and at the last moment!!! Anybody have a quick spreadsheet available that would pass as a CMM R&R. We have debated it over the past few days and havent really gotten too far so I thought I'd post here. THanks, Tim

Do you use a spreadsheet for all your other Gage R&Rs? The format should be the same as you use for any variable R&R.

I don't believe a CMM R&R would be any different that any other measurement device being tested. A tool is just a tool, with R&R you are looking for operator variation. I personally think having 3 operators press the start button on a CMM program to get R&R is next to useless, but for the sake of customer satisfaction and documentation it might be required.

Kind of like performing an R&R on an programmed automated rockwell tester.

How about this, Use the standard long form R&R form and instead of having 3 different operators hit the start button, be sneaky and have only 1 person press the start button 3 times!
