Self study training courses

I am considering putting together a self study course for Managers and Supervisors in my company for ISO Transition training. My thought would be to divide a small booklet into sections featuring a clause in the standard, how it relates to our operation and follow it with a small quiz 4 to 5 questions at then end of each section. Have them answer, sign, date and return.
Has anyone ever done something like this to show evidence of training and than the quizes to verify effectivenss?

It's already been done and is available for sale to anyone. You might want to save some time and effort, the cost is not that high.

:bigwave: Thanks Randy - really want to put together myself - can do it in a day - I want to relate things specifcally to my company - just wanted to make sure that ISO would not have a problem with the way the training is administered and the effectivness verified.

All you need is to be able to show that the training is effective relevent and awareness is obtained. ISO doesn't care how internal training is administered or accomplished.

Hi Jim,
Only referring to Managers and maybe supevisors - the way our system is structured we have 20 locations. The previous auditors have viewed each Terminal Managers as the Presidents designee and as such - they are responsible the same as the President. I am actually talking both - it is my intent to train them against how our processes line up with standard.
