Seminar or Course on Medical Device Registration in Latin America Countries

I am looking for a seminar /course* on the regulatory system, requirements and process for the registration of medical devices in Latin America, either in Spanish, Portuguese or English.

Does anyone know a good one already planned?
Last year I have seen ones from Informa, Management Forum and Emagister.UK did someone attend and can rate them?
