Hello.
I would like to know how others are evaluating their 'service' vendors. That is, those vendors such as calibration, freight, outside testing, etc.
For our productive material vendors we have a scorecard system that works well. However, this is not so practical for service vendors.
Any ideas on how to simply conform on evaluating them, without reinventing the wheel?
