Settings rings calibration

Hi, we have some Mitutoyo and Vermont Gage setting rings. I wonder if you have any recommendation on the calibration standard that would be able to help us calibrate those in-house? Mitutoyo setting rings are inside, Vermont Gage are outside?
Thanks

Some information will be helpful:
Size range and number of rings involved
Class (accuracy) of rings
Budget you are working with

Different sizes, outside diameter from 0.3" up to 8", up to 50 rings in database, class XX. Inside diameter, similar from 0.3" up to 8". Class A and B as per Mitutoyo, 60 rings in database

No budget yet, will calculate the price of the instrument with how much we spend outsourcing those. Looking for ROI 2-3 years.

With Class XX accuracy you are talking about going down to 20 µin accuracy on the rings, so your measuring device should be at least 4 times more accurate. You are talking about a universal measuring machine such as the Pratt and Whitney Labmaster. You are also talking about quite a bit of lab infrastructure, such as a tightly controlled lab environment, masters for setting the machine, etc.
You are talking a really large investment here.

I know, thank you. It seems that we spend annually 10k on the rings calibration, was hoping there is something(not necessarily four times as accurate) in up to 10k range. We are not certified lab as we just do internal calibrations in temp/humidity controlled lab.

Just out of curiosity, how much is the Pratt& Whitney Labmaster?

Thanks
