Setup at Final Testing (electrical test)

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but are there any standards that specify that a correlation test during machine setup (for electrical testing) needs to consist of good units & reject units?

One of my customers insist that QS9000 requires 3 good and 2 bad units for correlation during electrical test setup. Is this true?

QS-9000 does not mandate any type of specific testing. It does require verification of job setup (4.9.4), but nowhere in the standard does it get into specifics of how many samples. There could be requirements in other product specific documentation though.
