Hi
In my company we develop a new device which contains electronic including a USB cable and a small battery. We usually do shelf life testing of our plastic components and sterile packaging, but for this new product, should we include the cable and the battery? The product is a class I un-sterile and the electronics will not touch the body. We therefore see no risk for the user if the cable and/or battery breaks down.
