Shelf life of injection molded plastic components

Hi


We've a injection mold plastic components in store , which are stored from past 10 months.

while reinspecting these components found yellow patches ( looks flow line ) more visible than earlier .due this we are unable to use the stock for production which is very expensive

to take preventive action for future supplies , request you please let me know maximum storage( shelf life ) of plastic components

I need to define the shelf life ( storage ) for these components

What is the material used for these components?

Would Preventive Action in your case be the prevention of flow lines?

2. Lab Certifications of plastics

3. Did you ask the supplier of pellets, after molding what is the shelf life
When formed.

4. What type of environment are you storing it in. (hot, cold, damp, etc.)
Depending on what type of plastic and its environment.
