Shopfloor drawings & manufacturing requirements

My company are introducing ISO9001. The shopfloor make their parts to Drawings, Cutting Lists, Laser Lists, and Drawings List.

So the pack for an item will have a drawing list, all the drawings on the list, then a list of all the items that need cutting on a saw (Cut list) and the list of items needing lasering/folding (Laser list)

So a lot of paper and documents to issue

Does anyone have a great way to ensure they all get distributed. We have issues where say cut lists are missed, laser list is missed, drawings are missed

Any help or advice would be appreciated

My first thought is to use electronic documents. If an electronic document is available to one recipient, it is instantly available to all. But maybe that idea won't work for you.

A second idea is to assemble paper documents into a packet the way assembly manufacturers assemble small parts like screws into a kit. Lay out all the various documents on the table before any of the documents are slipped into the envelope or packet. If one is missing, that absence will be more apparent while all documents are laid out on a table in organized arrangement.

The third idea is to use different colored paper for the different lists. Even inside the packet, it would be easy to notice there are yellow pages and blue pages but no red pages in the packet.

I really like the combination of idea 2 and 3. Cheap easy visual.
