My company just produced our first QSM and doncha know, the paragraphs within exactly mirror the ISO 9001:2000 standard. I know this isn't the right way to do it, but couldn't come up with something better to stem the tide towards rote conformity.
Does anyone have an example of a small, easy to read QSM that doesn't regurgitate the standard and add extraneous marketing hype? I'd like to eventually come up with something that our customers and employees can read without their eyes glazing over to get an idea of our commitment to quality and approach to achieving it.
Thanks,
