Short TQM training - Choosing of most important points

Hello everybody

I'm new in this forum and I must say that it's imppressive.

I have a question about TQM.
I prepare TQM training and I have a problem with choosing of most important points concernig TQM.
My presentation is too large and I do not know which point are more important then other.
I would like to ask you that you propose several points according to which I would be able to work out my training ?

Thank you for reply.
I prepare training (introduction to TQM) for office staff (about 30 people).
I have only one or two hours and I need explain for them general information about TQM.
I have too many information and I don't know what to choose to arrange these information in the logical order.
I need the suggestion - table of contents.

My presentation is only in Polish :(

My suggestion would be to create this presentation so that it comes across as an "Introduction to TQM". Summarize the tools and methodologies, but also provide examples of their usage if applied by the office staff. For example, do not use production or manufacturing examples...use paper examples, accounting examples, etc.

This approach may generate interest within the people and you can conduct other training sessions in the future that will focus on individual or groups of tools and methodologies.

If this training is not an introduction to TQM, but rather to help them better utilize existing tools and methods, focus your presentation on those items that need to be better or properly used by the office staff. It's kind of like studying for a final exam...why review the material you already know? Focus on that which you do not know...or are not comfortable with.
