Hello all, great forum you have here. Very helpful.
I was wondering if any Excel boffins could lend me a hand please? I have an excel spreadsheet which collates data given from a CMM and works out its capability and gives a sigma score. However, in the cases where processes are returning 0ppm, the formula displays the Sigma score as #NUM!. Could anyone inform me how to get it to read '6+' if the PPM score is 0?
This is formula used: "=-(NORMINV((A1/1000000),0,1)-1.5)" where 'A1' is the PPM.
Any help you could offer would be fantastic.
Thanks All,
Marty
