Does anyone know where I can find a typical process flow chart for a manufacuring operation?

give me an example of what you are looking for? type of manufacturing process, etc. detailed, or over view?

ya know what...best thing to do is get a bunch of post it notes,,,,,,Write down each step and decision/result needed to make a cup of coffee...define the scope so you stay ontrack....then put them in order.....wala a flow chart...apply that same concept to your manufacturing process....and you are well on your way

Do a search here under "process diagram" or similar here in the Cove. In the spring there were many threads with example attachments from simple baking a cake process diagrams to very detailed and complex ones.
