Site management organization

Impossible to provide a standard procedure because there are too many "variables" to consider. For example, security, site perimeter fencing, utility supply, building maintenance, car parking, fire alarm system, intruder alarm system, fire extinguishers and other fire-fighting equipment, visitors on-site........ you need to establish the scope of "site management" first, then identify responsibilities for each area of activity

Reminds me of a "joke" question on the Navy's engineering exam - "Define the universe and provide one alternate example". But I did work at several nuclear sites with very detailed (mandated by the government) site management organization and sop's to go along.

Did you go to Navy Nuclear propulsion school in Orlando by chance?

hi all,

can you share SOP for remote monitoring of investigator site

I must admit I am getting a bit concerned by your requests. You are asking for very general things - and what is an "investigator site"? Are you asking us to do your job for you? Further, most of the SOP's that are set up by companies for management of their facilities are considered "business sensitive" or at least property of the company that paid for development of the SOP's. Could you please give us a little more insight into the background of your requests?
