SOC2 preparation and trainings for implementation team

Hello, dear community

We are approaching to SOC2 audit, I am wondering if someone had experience with SOC2 preparation:
- how to drive this project
- what are the main pitfalls
- where I can find some useful training or probably education(for iso 9001 and iso 13485 we had lead auditors courses from bci and it was super useful for implementing those standards)
- some forums or groups similar to this

would appreciate any information

Just to be clear - by SOC 2, are you referring to the System and Organization Controls (SOC) by the AICPA?

I was just going to post something similar, maybe more about auditor options instead. In general main accounting agencies seem to conduct these audits, and I've found support options (by way of report versions cited) in the US, but not where I live, in Thailand. The two threads asking about SOC 2 details weren't responded to here though, so I guess that's that.
