Dear all,

I need to know the softwares required to be known by a MBA - Master of Business Admin grad. Im specialized in Operations. I know a couple of softwares to be learnt - SAP, Excel etc.

But what an organization expects(s/w to be known by a MBA grad) from a fresher??

If anyone could tell me which s/w to be learnt and who is the best provider for that course since we have so many providers

Thanks in advance
:rolleyes::)

I would think software you would have to know would in part be dependent upon the company you end up working for, but Excel (Microsoft Office in general, actually) is certainly necessary. As to SAP, it is tailored for companies so I'm not sure how much a course would help, not to mention SAP is not cheap so it is mostly used in big companies. Flow chart software (e.g.: Visio or SmartDraw) would be a good idea to know.

What position in a company do plan to apply for?
