Some questions on Management Review

Would your internal auditors get paid up to $1200 per day (exclusive)? That's what I got for my last 3rd party performed internal audits. $800-$1000 per day isn't that unusual. You pay that well as an employer?

Not even external auditors get paid R$6000 per day. A whole 5 days BVQI audit costs around R$15 thousand, which is about 3000 US dollars.

But anyway, I was thinking of external auditors, not internal ones. As Gakiss said, external party auditing our own self defined system, not internal party auditing our own self defined system.

As for cost of internal auditors, while none of our employees, not even directors, make R$6000 per day, the cost of them not doing their jobs to do a full very careful audit like external party specialized auditors could easily exceed R$6000 per day depending of the department they work.

The devil is in the details but, yes, the cost should be comparable. I was just saying focus the cost on a system that works for you. And it looks like your new concrete company may be final driver for ISO 9K.

Yeah, but you're were looking at an external party to do your internal audit and that's what I gave you on average (-) expenses, unless you want some jackleg who's only claim to fame is that they attended a shake & bake audit course and have a "certificate". And you're not paying $3000 US for a 5 day audit by an accredited CB, I get more than that as a CB auditor (-) expenses of course. 5 days will come out on average about $7500-$12000 give or take for 5 days realistically depending on inclusive or exclusive costs....Ask some of the others here like Sidney. Of course you're talking somewhere else and I'm referencing USA.........Big difference.

It belongs to the group, but it would be a different certificate in the name of that company.... different scope.

OK I was thinking in terms of a central system that would include both the concrete company and the one we originally were talking about. Just another way to approach it.
