Ah those pesky words. Why do they have to have definitions? Isn’t it more fun if we can each make up our definitions for words??
Obvious sarcasm aside, I would propose that the issue here is not the standard’s definition of ‘special’ but perhaps it’s that without that definition you can’t get your organization to validate the service? In other words -what's the real issue here?
