SQM (Supplier Quality Management) - Centralized or divided per Business Group

Hi all,

I work in a big white goods company. Currently SQM department is divided under every business group, but we started to think to centralize SQM department.

Because I know there are a lot of experienced people here, I would like to hear your personal opinion on this topic with short “Why”.
