Staffing Agencies for Remote Quality Jobs

Hi All!

Can anyone recommend or know of any staffing agencies that assist with remote quality jobs in the US? I am looking for a remote document control position and have experience with providing training, assisting with ISO auditing and of course maintaining document control systems for an ISO/AS certified manufacturer. I am open to other quality jobs, but doc control is what I know best. I would love to learn more quality processes and also be able to assist with internal quality system audits as well. I have the knowledge but am limited on the experience, and I am itching for something new. If you are hiring, please let me know and I can provide my resume upon request.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you.

I'm sure there are tons out there. If you have a LinkedIn accounted you can put you are looking for work which is only visible to recruiters. They will contact you. In droves...

A few that have previously reached out to me are:
  • IsoTalent
  • ALKU
  • Medix
  • Connect Life Science
  • Real Staffing
  • EG Life Sciences
  • Skills Alliance
  • EPM Scientific
  • ACE Partners
  • JConnect InfoTech
  • Meet Recruiting

I did not find a job with any of the above listed companies, but they are recruiting/consulting agencies that might have an opportunity such as you are describing.

What kind of packaging do you have to offer? You're nothing more than another can of soup on the shelf as are we all. Convince me.

My own (somewhat bitter) assessment of actively looking for a "remote quality position" is that while there may be many jobs, at diverse companies, that could be done 100% remotely there is not much appetite for employers to advertise for remote positions.

I believe some of this is well-motivated (employers may not want to have to offer remote work to current employees) and some of it "stinking thinking" about the attitudes of remote employees. Some companies can't support remote work!

All of the above are things that I believe can stand alone, even without considering how to coordinate teams, reviews, and distribution of work efforts when some folks are 100% remote (i.e. the "cultural" stuff). My 100% remote (quality) employees were high-performers... but I feel like I only got 95% from them... even though the metrics showed they were high performers. I worked with a large number of remote peers (post-pandemic) for whom hitting 20% of assigned work would have been a personal (and department) "best effort ever!"
