Does changing the SoC of industrial batteries influence/affect the CE Marking according to the new EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542?

Do you mean when shipping the battery in a partially charged state?
If so, no, as that doesn't affect the capacity of the battery when full

No, I mean while performing the tests and preparing the technical documentation. Would it have an influence if the SOC is planned to increase later on with 8%? Do we need to update the marking?
