As a heads up:

The official revision of ISO/IEC 27001:2005, the international computer security standard, has been released. ISO/IEC 27001:2005 now supersedes BS 7799-2:2002 for certification requirements. This new version has been under development for several years, and introduces a number of important changes.

New ISO 27001 Standard

In June 2005, ISO/IEC 17799:2000 was substantially revised and a new version was published as ISO/IEC 17799:2005. In addition to the significant reordering of controls and general restructuring, the certification requirements for the implementation of an ISMS (BS 7799- 2:2002) have been replaced by the new ISO standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005.
