Steam sterilization standards - Temperatures, pressures, and time numbers

I hope this is the correct spot to ask this, our hospital is trying to get some concrete numbers for what is acceptable steam sterilization loads. We are looking for numbers on temperatures,pressures and time.

When this was dumped on me I assumed this would be easy,but I cant find anything written in black and white saying this is what you need.

Any help would be appreciated.

For starters you should order the Hospital Steam Sterilizer Standard ANSI/AMI ST8:2001. This can be found at AAMI.org.

For a look at UK information, you could visit: https://www.decontamination.nhsestates.gov.uk/home.asp

Also try to get a look at HTM 2010 and 2030 series publications, which are all about sterilisation. These documents are not normally available for free download to other than UK hospitals.
